    The good thingsThe people are highly competent and show high professional standards in what they do. Excellent benefits and perks, one of the best in the industry. A great working environment full of great people. A clear career path and future prospects.
    The challengesManpower between divisions/teams could be better, some teams are understaffed and overwhelmed while other teams have more than adequate manpower. Working and meeting after work hours is sometimes expected and even normalized under certain situations.

Supervisor disini juga sangat baik, beliau orangnya tegas dan disiplin tinggi. Fasilitas yang disediakan disini juga baik dan kebersihannya sangat dijaga.
    The challengesUntuk bagian saya harus menekankan pada ketelitian saat melakukan input data ke dalam sistem, saya harus mengecek aplikasi nasabah yang mengajukan kartu kredit satu per satu untuk memastikan bahwa data yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem/portal sesuai. Terkadang memiliki sedikit kekeliruan mengenai aplikasi yang diisi oleh nasabah.
