    The good thingsTidak ada larangan untuk hal kecil seperti mendengar musik pada saat bekerja, Lembur dapat uang makan.
    The challengesWaktu itu karena ada yang mengundurkan diri, Pekerjaannya dialihkan ke saya, tetapi tidak ada adjustment untuk salary. Salary yang diterima juga relatif kecil untuk lulusan S1 pada zaman itu.

    The good thingsBigger management then my work place before so i've learning a lot about management and adminiatration process. Nice people, and objective. There's IK or annual insentive in every 3 month, in fact IK is our 25% of monthly salary that we save in every month, but we can get all (calculated) in every 3 month. Its good way to help us for saving money. Love it.
    The challengesTight deadline and very situational (dynamic). More challanging because i have to hear more issue from other project manager site (branch), and also i had a new case to solve in every week.. its so challanging. Love it.
