    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan ilmu & pengalaman baru, umumnya di bidang properti, khususnya di bidang teknik sipil, sehingga saya dapat mendesain interior & eksterior, perencanaan pembangunan dan lain sebagainya.
    The challengesKesulitannya, jobdesk saya 1 bidang, saya dibiasakan untuk berperan sebagai beberapa bidang seperti administrator divisi sekaligus sekretaris manager, pengelola keuangan dan membantu memantau pekerjaan proyek. Namun sulit peningkatan gaji bahkan peningkatan jabatan.
