    It's a great place to seek an experience
    The good thingsQuiet and comfortable environment. One of the privileges of being part of this foundation's big family. Not airing violent, sexual, political, and other negative shows is sometimes a fence and difficult to develop, even though it is beautiful to watch. Weekend is holidayoff, so you can still vacation with your family on the weekends.
    The challengesThere will be several camps, so if you are not able to blend in, you will feel alienated and even thrown out of the company. You have to be able to put on a good and pleasant face, even if your heart is in turmoil or you've been cheated by a teammate.

    The good thingsLingkungan dan iklim kerja di DAAI TV sangat nyaman dengan suasana kekeluargaan yang sangat kental. Disini kami bukan hanya bekerja, namun juga ikut serta dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sosial seperti bakti sosial, donor darah, kunjungan ke beberapa daerah, dsb. Hal ini yang menjadi pembeda dengan perusahaan-perusahaan lain. Selain itu, program-program yang ditayangkan oleh DAAI TV sangat ramah untuk keluarga. Tidak menayangkan tayangan kekerasan, seksual, politik, dan hal-hal negatif lainnya. Sebagai Sarjana Psikologi, saya sangat mendukung televisi yang seperti ini karena perilaku anak sangat dapat dipengaruhi oleh apa yang mereka tonton setiap harinya.
    The challengesLokasi kantor yang berada di ujung utara Jakarta sedikit menjadi kendala karena kurang strategis bagi orang-orang yang berdomisili di daerah penyangga Ibu Kota, namun masih bisa dijangkau.

Disamping itu, waktu kerja cukup teratur jika dibandingkan dengan TV nasional. Disini, anda akan memiliki lebih banyak waktu bersama dengan keluarga.

    Nice atmosphere!
    The good thingsMeetings new friends; a challenging new role; a different kind of experience than I had from my previous company, Trans7; and, oooh.. you get to work from 9 to 5 which is a rare privileges for a TV company.
    The challengesAdapting into the new surroundings, which is dominated by the Buddhist. Thus, we have to adept our way of life and try to blend in with their humanist culture which is a little bit awkward in the beginning. As time flies, you'll know how to get a long with them :)
