    Great Experience in D&B Indonesia
    The good thingsI love the teamwork and my workmates. It was such a great opportunity since D&B is a American-based company, so the clients come from many different business area and countries outside Indonesia. That would improve your English skill and communication day after day.
    The challengesThe great challenge was how to ensure clients that D&B are the biggest company in risk management business. Most of them didn't know D&B and sometimes they thought they didn't need our services. Furthermore, when clients tried the services once, there were mixed reviews, some of them were satisfied, the others were not impressed, and few were feeling just okay. Those are the challenge for future D&B employees, especially for AE/AM.

    The good thingsBekerja di DNB menyenangkan selain lingkungan yang sangat kekeluargaan, team work yang kompak dan selalu support terjadi, baik dalam 1 divisi atau antar divisi. Selain pengalaman, banyak ilmu yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja di DNB, setiap hari pasti ada minimal 1 hal pembelajaran yang bisa saya dapatkan.
    The challengesKetika terjadi overload pada pekerjaan, deadlines yang berdekatan, dan banyaknya permintaan dari client, mungkin manajemen dapat menambah orang untuk dapat sedikit meringankan beban kerja, dan agar manajemen dapat lebih mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan karyawannya.
