Working here is like a rollercoaster ride.The good thingsManagement is good. The allowance is average but they give good support for all the employees. As it is a foreign company, it gives so many opportunities to meet people abroad and give opportunities to learn continuously and train for specific jobs.
The challengesNot much of an outing, stress level is also very high. As it doesn't have many employees, we are required to handle two or three jobs at the same time. Salary is not given based on what experience you have, or what education you graduated from, but only based on manager assessment, and for some cases it's not too fair.
