Contoh tugasnya adalah selain di lapangan Operator juga menangani pekerjaan di Laboratorium, receiving materials, issue permit dan mempunyai responsible area sebagai goal personal. Itu yg saya sangat sukai di Dow Chemical
    The challengesSatu shift di proses hanya 3 orang incharge saat ada problem di night shift terkadang kewalahan karena keterbatasan personal. Kalo Day shift kan bnyk personal yang bisa untuk membantu
