In my experience, I got promotion to be supervisor to lead 4 groups of production. in any case, I also do upgrade process into more benefit in power consumption, better yield etc, like process engineer due to no specific title of that position. i improve my self and learn to make better for the plant
The challengessometimes what we want to be does not happen in good result. In trial like increasing yield, steam, easy to control the parameter, or decreasing the power etc, it is hard to execute all the steps done. But with hard work personally and in team, all difficulties must be completed gradually. The better result could be possibly achieved
