    The good thingsThe salary is always on time, cooperative coworkers, enjoyable job if you love to interact with other people. You can learn a lot from this job, especially the knowledge from the banking and foreign exchange industry.
    The challengesAlthough the salary always increases based on minimum wage regulations, there is less chance you can get a raise from this division. Most of the tellers from this company are started as Temp/contract employees. The requirement to get promoted as a full-time is to work there for 3 years, although that is not a guarantee. There is a lot of miscommunication too between each division, which makes a lot of effort to finish the task.
