The good thingsCukup baik. Jenjang karier tersedia. Manajemen yang cukup transparan. Ilmu dan pengetahuan cukup banyak tersedia dan dapat menjadi pembelajaran pribadi. Lingkungan pekerjaan yang menyenangkan dan menantang. Komunikasi yang baik. Perusahaan yang sedang berkembang pesat dan melakukan penetrasi pasar dengan frekuensi tinggi. Produk yang sudah cukup dikenal oleh pasar dan dicari oleh pasar. Tingkat stress tidak terlalu tinggi dan jarang lembur serta toleransi antar pegawai yang cukup baik.
The challengesTidak ada pegawai permanen, karena selalu kontrak. Intervensi yang tidak jelas dari beberapa orang yang memiliki jabatan. Pengambilan keputusan yang terkadang sulit dilakukan. Struktur organisasi dan job desc tidak menjadi acuan organisasi.
