    The good things1. Jaminan kesehatan pakai BPJS dan asuransi. 2. Lembur dibayarkan 3. Gaji tepat waktu 4. Sistem 5 hari kerja 5. Dapat kendaraan oprasional
    The challenges1. Gaji kecil 2. Kerjaan dituntut untuk mencapai target namun tdk ada insentif 3. Pengerjaan allbucket 4. Budaya senioritas dan cari muka. Jd kalau gk ada bakat cari muka jgn krj dsni. Karena sama sja mnyelesaikan mslh nmun yg diapresiasi orng lain. 5. Perhitungan penilaian karyawan yg tdk jelas, jd susah mau menjadi karyawan tetap. 6. Untuk yg sudah banyak pengalaman sangat tdk direkomendasikan masuk dsni.
