    The good thingsSistem yang bagus sehingga pekerjaan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Notes: Pengen masuk lagi kesini karena dulu resign tidak boleh satu pekerjaan dengan mantan suami oleh HOB.
    The challengesDulu saya pernah pegang LM untuk customer. Menurut saya LM dipegang oleh staff Service Assistant sangat risk kan ya, lebih baik dipegang oleh HOB. Apabila customer mau ambil LM konfirmasi ke bagian terkait dan bagian terkait minta ke HOB menggunakan dispatch.
