    Melanggar Jam Kerja
    The good thingsMengerjakan hal-hal baru dan menantang, diisi tim-tim yang masih muda.
    The challenges"Kewajiban" kerja 12 jam dari harusnya 8 jam menjadi tantangan utk menyeimbangkan Work Life Balance. Masuk Senin-Sabtu sehingga melanggar UU aturan jam kerja. Pembagian secara official penyebutan tim Senior dan Junior menjadi keunikan tersendiri.

    The good thingsSolidaritas antar karyawan cukup baik dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat dengan senam setiap hari.
    The challengesSenioritas, suasana selalu panas dan tertekan setiap hari, gaji jauh dibawah UMR Jakarta, jam kerja melebihi 8 jam dengan waktu kerja 6 hari perminggu.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang sangat kekeluargaan. Setiap tahun pasti mendapatkan kenaikan gaji.
    The challengesKesulitan yang dimiliki sama seperti pekerjaan pada umumnya. Semacam membutuhkan konsentrasi yang tinggi, kedisiplinan, jam kerja yang tinggi, dll. Dan kesulitan seperti itu bisa dihadapi setiap orang.
