    The challengesRBM ( REGIONAL BRAND MANAGER ) tidak dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam rangka pelaksanaan kerja, tidak dapat mengayomi karyawannya, lari dari permasalah yang di dalam lingkungan kerja, 90% melanggar SOP yang telah di sepakati oleh managemen. Tidak konsisten baik perkataan, tanggung jawab, dan kurang menguasai jarigan diatribusi sehingga dapat membahayakan karyawannya sendiri.
