    Manajemen yang sangat kacau
    The good thingsTempat belajar yang baik, karena pekerjaan akan langsung dihadapi dengan project project banking.
    The challengesManajemen yang buruk, gaji dan hak karyawan yang tidak dipenuhi, beban kerja yang tidak jelas. apalagi PM yang memiliki kualitas hampir tidak ada gunanya. Ajaib perusahaan ini bisa bertahan.

    The good thingsThe people here is nice
    The challengesManagement is messy, salary average, you get no bonus when there's overtime but yet you always demanded to be overtime, the AC isn't working so when the time is high noon it's really hot, demanded to use your own laptop without given monthly laptop service allowance, the room sign said it's non-smoking but they still smoke on that room, i have an allergic reaction and i can't bear the cigarettes smell.

    The good thingsPT Digital Mind System is a good company for fresh graduate or newbie to start their career, here we can explore the work process, some new technology, also great teammates. The salary is also nice, if you can perform well, you get what you deserve.
    The challengesThe job role is a bit messy, there should be DBA, front end, back end, tester, support, but unfortunately you can have more than one role. Also, they are not using cutting edge technology, so maybe a bit boring to one who seeks new knowledge.

    The good thingsTunjukan progress dan pencapaianmu, maka salary akan lebih baik dari yang kamu bayangkan, oleh karna itu saya menyarankan kamu yang ingin mencari pengalaman berkerja yg baik dari perusahaan ini. Self Management sangat penting.
    The challengeskesulitan sering terjadi pada diri sendiri, namun jika kita bisa memanage diri kita dengan baik, hasilnya diluar ekspektasi kita. pada dasarnya tidak ada kesulitan kita kita melakukannya dengan baik, atur waktu, tentukan target, maka semuanya bisa menjadi lebiih baik
