    A valuable internship experience that helped me grow creatively while learning to work.
    The good thingsI had the opportunity to learn a lot about the creative industry, especially in graphic design and motion graphics. The team environment was supportive and collaborative, allowing me to explore ideas and improve my design skills while working on real projects.
    The challengesAt times, the project timelines were quite tight, which required quick adaptation and efficient workflow. Clearer briefing at the beginning of some projects could help make the design process even more efficient.

    The good thingsWaktu kerja fleksibel, pekerjaan harus selesai tepat waktu dan tanggung jawab. Bekerja selama 5 hari dalam seminggu, alias hari sabtu dan minggu, serta tanggal merah libur. Gaji selalu tepat waktu, dan THR juga tepat waktu, jarang ada pngurangan kecuali potongan wajib seperti BPJS dan pajak.
