    The good thingsTempat untuk berkembang, semua orang bisa belajar. Banyak ragam stack yang digunakan dan jika memungkinan bisa request utk stack dan project yang akan datang kedepan. Walaupun project based tetep menerapkan agile manifesto dan scrum utk life cycle
    The challengesKetidakpastian adalah sebuah keniscayaan, semua bisa berubah dengan cepat. Dari requirement user, desain, ataupun yang lain (tidak disemua tim). Persiapkan diri untuk menjadi agile dalam pace yang cukup tinggi. Dan didukung oleh manement utk work life ballance dengan tidak lembur, atau mengambil lembur dengan kompensasi yang sangat baik

    The good thingsCulture yang bagus yang jarang ditemui di perusahaan manapun. Gaji memang standard UMR namun disini kita akan mendapatkan banyak ilmu baru dari segi teknologi dan mendapatkan keluarga baru. Perusahaan ini memiliki relasi client yang besar namun client sebenarnya (100%) adalah karyawan itu sendiri. Tanpa karyawan yang baik maka perusahaan pun tidak bisa baik.
