    The good thingspergerakkan perusahaan sangat dinamis. perusahaan yang berkembang sangat cepat. dari jumlah karyawan yang sedikit kemudian dengan cepat penambahan karyawan. tapi banyak juga karyawan yang keluar dan masuk. di sini banyak hal yang dapat kira pelajari. tidak ada pekerjaan yang monoton yang membuat kita jenuh selama kita mau belajar dan berusaha serta mampu mengikuti perkembangan dan pergerakkan perusahaan yang begitu cepat.
    The challengesperusahaan berkembang sangat cepat. dimana saat awal-awal perkembangan yang cepat tidak dapat diikuti dengan pertambahan SDM yang ada. sehingga karyawan harus melakukan banyak pekerjaan dalam satu waktu sekaligus demgan tuntuttan hasil pekerjaan yang sempurna. dimana saat itu belum berpengalaman, maka saat itu lah waktu yangbtepat untuk belajar dan mempelajari segala mengikuti perkembangan perusahaan.
