The good thingsCocok untuk orang yang fresh graduate untuk kerja khususnya di bidang otomotif. Benefit seperti pelatihan, insentif, dan bonus untuk fresh graduate menurut saya sudah oke. Rekan kerja yang supportif, unik dan bisa belajar banyak hal karena mereka tidak pelit ilmu sedikitpun meskipun beda department.

The challenges1. Manajemen waktu karena selain kerja juga banyak agenda yang dilaksanakan di kantor/sesama group, belum lagi jika ada pekerjaan yang belum selesai sehingga harus tetap balance. 2. Atasan yang beberapa masih kolonial (tergantung department), sehingga turn over man power cukup tinggi. Bahkan dalam 1 tahun ada 3 staff yang resign dari department yang sama karena atasan yg terlalu otoriter (penempatan karawang) 3. Top management terbilang cukup lemah karena beberapa peraturan terkadang belum sesuai seperti apa yang sudah dituliskan 4. Sistem yang masih perlu diperbaiki, ada beberapa sistem yang belum selesai tetapi sudah dipakai mass production, tentunya itu akan mengganggu produksi harian
