    The good thingsI spent many months working for DGIT Bali. DGIT works with leading edge technology and has customers in 18 Countries. I really enjoyed the diverse cultures in the office & the friendly staff.
    The challengesIndonesian team need to learn to speak up and be firm with Australian and New Zealand team members and the the ANZ teams need to remember to always include, involve and consider the Indonesian team.
