A good placeThe good thingsThe management is pretty casual on many aspect in the company. The assignment is pretty reasonable as one person only responsible to one project and it was rarely to deal with non-technical person so it's easier when the other side also having a deep understanding on the assignment in hand.
The challengesThe challenges perhaps on the communication since everything needs to be in English, but it makes me more fluent in English along the way. The technical stack is also challenging since I was required to moved between different stack but also given a proper time to learn about it.
