    The good thingsSuasananya kekeluargaan, menyenangkan. Lingkungannya sangat mendukung untuk belajar, saling berbagi ilmu. Baik yang sudah senior ke junior dan sebaliknya.
    The challengesKebetulan saya tidak ada latar belakang pengetahuan tentang perminyakan dan sebagainya, jadi agak cukup sulit memahami istilah-istilah dan alat-alat yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pekerjaan yang sedang ditangani.
