    No Empowerment, No reliable leader figure, bad environment culture and human resources, A work environment that is toppling each other
    The good thingsAverage salary quite good. They will paid more for an employee among their competitors.
    The challengesBad environment culture and human resource attitude, so very hard to change and encourage people there. This company need open minded and capable leader, not just like and dislike. Balanced leader in the accuracy of information who can open eye which good and wrong, give empowerment to managerial level and give positive spirit to all team to change the bad habits

    The good thingsSebagai salah satu hotel terbaik di karawang, Delonix hotel jg memiliki sistem perekrutan yg sangant baik. keakeraban para staf juga terjalin sangat baik baik dari satu departemen atau dari departemen lain.. Dikelola dengan sangat profesional. Setiap karyawan sangan menjaga integritas visi dan misi perusahaan. elayakan dan kesejahtran para karyawan juga diperhatikan. fasilitas kerja yang memadai menjadi salah satu faktor kenyaman karyawan dalam bekerja. Recomended>
    The challengessalah satu faktor yang cukup menjadi masalah adalah hotel ini banyak dikunjungi oleh pebisnis asing sebagian besarnya adalah tamu jepang. Masalah bahasa sangat sering di alami sebagai staf lokal.
