    The good thingsI had the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and strong clients, which helped me build a solid foundation in audit, trial balance analysis, and advanced Excel. The work environment was professional, and Deloitte follows structured processes, quality standards, and compliance practices. I also got exposure to data handling, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, which improved my analytical thinking and communication skills.
    The challengesWorkload can be high during peak periods, and deadlines can be demanding, which sometimes affects work-life balance. The learning curve is steep for freshers, and transitioning into analytics-focused roles requires self-driven upskilling beyond core audit work. Faster internal role mobility and more hands-on analytics opportunities could further enhance employee growth.

    The good thingsWork as an auditor was a challenging opportunity. It was full of the learning process when I was in an engagement. As an auditor, we should deliver not just a extraordinary value but also with integrity that have a good impact for our client.
    The challengesAs an auditor, working overtime is normal. The other difficult working as an auditor is every entity has its own business process and risk that we should assess and assure that the financial report was reported in accordance with the Standard.

    The good thingsIn Deloitte, we always work as a team. No one left behind. We always help each other to improve skills and whatever we want to improve as long as it is related to our work. In Deloitte, we believe that we are together as a family here, Deloitte is our second family that we can spend our time like 7 - 9 hours in the weekdays. The remuneration and benefit in Deloitte is so satisfying!! And to be honest, Deloitte Indonesia is one of the best place to work (by the working environment indicator) in Indonesia!
    The challengesEvery Company has a weaknesses to improve, but it doesn't mean that every weaknesses needs to improve. Yes, Deloitte Indonesia has a weakness but I think that weakness can still be tolerated. However, to be honest again, I don't know how to say about the things required in this form. Thank you.

    The good thingsYou can learn new knowledge in here through your own experiences due to difference circumstance of many clients. You also can learn from training which mainly held every year on low season. The best part by working in here is the environment. There is almost no seniority and people in here are very friendly. The senior will help to answer your question for sure. As for the newly graduated, you can find many friends around your age in here which will make your day in office more fun.
    The challengesThe overlap deadline during peak seasons will make you stress as many seniors will asked you to submit your jobs around the same time. For the overtime, usually the senior or manager will cut your overtime as there is no enough budget. The overtime mainly done without being paid at some period. There is no such thing as work life balance if you work in here.
