    The good thingsGaji yang diberikan lumayan tinggi dibanding dengan perusahaan lain.
    The challengesKesulitan : kurangnya waktu yg diberikan untuk mengerjakan tugas, sehinga harus sering lembur tapi tidak ada bayaran untuk lembur apresiasi juga kurang disini, semuanya harus "jemput bola", menejemen tidak memberikan pengumuman bahkan kotrak baru terlambat hingga berbulan-bulan. lingkungan kerja juga buruk,.
