    The good thingsSaya sangat senang selama bekerja di PT Dean Shoes Karawang, karena menurut saya ini adalah pabrik yang punya banyak benefit untuk kryawannya, tidak ada perbedaan kualifikasi tinggi untuk bisa masuk kesini, dan juga karyawan disini kebanyakan perempuan, manfaat dan benefirt yang di berikan oleh PT Dean Shoes ke karyawan juga sangat banyak seperti ada fasilitas klinik di pabrik semua karyawan bisa berobat gratis, mendapat makan siang, uang transport, uang tunjangan dan hari raya, mendapatkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

    The challengesKarena terlalu luas terkadang tenaga saya terkuras habis sebelum bekerja karena jarak parkir ke dalam pabrik terlalu jauh.
