    Family Company. Old companyPositifnya: Organisasi modern meski strukturnya ga jelas dan kaku. Berasa di PT besar tapi trully kecil. Family company. Situasi kekeluargaan di level staff. Ada asuransi. Negative: Gajian dan pembayaran subkon harus nunggu mood CEO yg sering pulang ke luar negeri. Jam kerja bisa 24 jam tapi ga dihitung lembur berasa kerja jaman Belanda. SOP ga jelas. Sering terjadi lempar tanggung jawab satu sama lain.
