    The good thingsKekeluargaannya luar biasa, pekerjaanya banyak dan penuh pembelajaran yang baik untuk pengembangan diri. Untuk fresh graduate apalagi.
    The challengesSecara comben, biasa-biasa aja. Salary standar (kalau bukan karena menonjol, agak sulit untuk naik gaji/grade/posisi - mesti sabar), benefit juga standar-standar aja. Yang bagus malah benefit yang untangible (phone, business trip, sports). Untuk beberapa pekerjaan masih manual. Politiknya kenceng jadi pintar2lah cari teman untuk bekerja
