I am one of Sustainability Department teams who responsible, develop and ensure the program supports the Danone vision; OnePlanet OneHealth. The program conducted by partnering with local NGO / University, Small Scale Business (UMKM) and community organization. We work following KPI which lead to company objectives with strategies was defined my own team. Danone has implemented good the employee compensation and benefit.

    The good thingsKalo nyari perusahaan yang perfect tanpa celah, mungkin danone bisa menjadi kunci dari segalanya. segala jenis tunjangan ada, bahkan hampir setiap bulan selalu ada event2 besar yang menguntungkan untuk karyawan, perusahaan ini berorientasi tidak hanya thdp customer/client tetapi juga karyawan, selain itu kekeluargaan antar karyawan sangat besar, setiap malam minggu ada bakar bakar ikan bersama, fasilitas di perusahaan juga sudah sangat lengkap ada ruang gym, ada ruang musik, juga ada tempat untuk sekedar healing melihat kolam ikan dan pembangkit mini dari sumber tenaga angin

    The good thingsI can take my task clearly with detail and organized. Sometimes I also have ad hoc job that need agility to adapt and how to solve it. Every day i have some program and plans with my supervisor related with Learning Development for the employee and how to create schedule with the Facilitators and also with PIC for every division. Thank you
    The challengesThere are changes that need we adapt faster than before. Sometime when our team can not handle the event or program, I need to support them to make those programs done. Then, some time when we already have task and then our supervisor need our support ad hoc and immediately, so I will move on to his task first and then my task.

    Good work-life balance with amazing career development
    The good thingsThe work-life balance for a multi-national FMCG is really good. Especially as an MT STAR in Sales and Business Development department, you got a high salary (when placed in the region outside Jakarta, almost twice high as compared to your fellows). Quite pleasant place to develop yourself and aim for higher position. The health benefits are really good.
    The challengesThe fundamental knowledge and working environment for people/staffs outside the Jakarta/Head Office are quite low, therefore it's difficult to develop them and make them improve their work efficiency and effectiveness. Many programs are just good in the cover.

    The good thingsDanone won the HR Asia award as one of the best companies to work for in Asia 2019 and I think they totally deserve it. Danone has a supportive working environment and a very healthy peers relationship. I've learned a lot through my incredible experiences here. If you're looking for growth, Danone would be the best place for you!
