    The challengesMajority of Leads & Managers are Traditionalists (Conservatives). They refuse to adopt the latest technology, just because the existing technology is still working. We work in AGILE environment, but the management still has Waterfall mindset. They tell you to Embrace Change for every inconsistencies they made, but require you to do as little inconsistencies as possible. If you have an outstanding skillset, they will bury you so you don't shine, and give the best spotlight to average workers who work really hard instead.
