    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang profesional dan suportif membuat saya bisa berkembang sebagai Internal Auditor. Sistem kerja yang rapi, tim yang kooperatif, serta dukungan atasan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan analisis, ketelitian, dan pemahaman proses bisnis. Perusahaan juga memberikan kesempatan belajar melalui exposure ke berbagai divisi dan proyek audit yang menantang.
    The challengesBeban kerja terkadang cukup tinggi, terutama saat periode audit atau closing, sehingga membutuhkan manajemen waktu yang baik. Koordinasi antar divisi juga masih bisa ditingkatkan agar proses pengumpulan data lebih efisien. Namun, tantangan ini justru membantu saya untuk menjadi lebih profesional dan tangguh.

    The challengesPoor departmental coordination. Management doesn't want to get ahead, just wants to survive. Very bad HRD. Compensation doesn't follow the promotion. If you are expelled, you will not receive severance pay. And many others.

    The good thingsthe good thing is there is not much pressure on the job, no needed to overtime, employer can have their freedom to explore their job on many alternative way to find the best way to finish the job.
    The challengesin department : employer stay in the same position for a long period, too much personal reason taken beyond what it needed, not objective in handled job problem (subjective), choosing side/bad team work in company : the company only focused on selling and gain profit but didn't care about how their worker can make a better live. management changing too fast while the worker need to adjust their old rules to the new rules in short time. for a company that been operated for more than 30 years, this company is not as big as it seen.

    The good thingsKekeluargaan di perusahaan ini cukup kental. Tidak ada senioritas. Pembayaran gaji dan tunjangan yang selalu tepat waktu. Pekerjaan di perusahaan ini tidak terlalu padat, sehingga tidak merasa tertekan.
