The challengesOne area that could be improved is the clarity of communication and task delegation, especially during busy periods. At times, clearer guidelines and more structured onboarding for interns would help us understand expectations more quickly and perform tasks more efficiently. Additionally, providing more regular feedback sessions could further support professional growth and ensure continuous improvement. Enhancing cross-department collaboration opportunities would also give interns a broader understanding of the company’s overall operations and impact.
