    The challenges1. Selalu mengantisipasi penanganan hukumnya dalam penyelesaian permasalahan hukum para buruh dalam tuntutan. 2. Mewakili perusahaan dalam penyelesaian legalitas perusahaan dalam administrasi perizinan. 3. Mengunjungi pabrik setiap minggunya dalam mengawasi perkembangan SDM. 4. DAN MASIH BANYAK LAGI.

    The good thingsAll workers from management to ordinary staff are very good at accepting new employees, and always helping in the process of adjustment
    The challengesThere are some management staff from japan origin who can not speak english so aggak complicate in communicate
