    The good thingsusia pekerja rata-rata masih muda, pakaian seragam sopan dan rapi, saling menghargai satu sama lain, konsep kebersihan 5S, bergaul dengan orang jepang, berbicara menggunakan bahasa jepang sesuai kemampuan, peraturan ketat dan tegas sesuai peraturan pemerintah, memudahkan karyawan untuk beribadah.
    The challengessecara pribadi karna saya lulusan S1 saya tidak ingin kerja dengan menggunakan tenaga fisik karna itu terlalu berat bagi saya.
