Currently, we have achieved a total of 600 workforce, which mainly manufacturing of plastic injection parts, secondary process and also speaker boxes assembly.In order to enhance customers’ satisfaction, we set up in house plastic tooling design and Manufacturing in 2011. And currently, DAIJO is equipped with updated machine tools & technology to produce mould up to 1300 Tons.We provide wide range of moulding machines, starting from 50 Tons to 1300 Tons

    The good thingsSemua mau bekerja dengan tim,saling membantu,edukasinya tentang produk yang di kerjakan mudah di pahami. Atasan mau terjun langsung ke lapangan di setiap waktunya,untuk selalu mengontrol dan mengedukasikan hal apa yang semestinya harus di kerjakan pada anak buahnya,kita banyak di ajarkan kedisiplinan dengan datang tepat waktu,bekerja tepat waktu serta Safety nya yang selalu di anjurkan untuk tetap menjalankan safety/k3 keselamatan kesehatan dan kerja.
    The challengesMenyesuaikan target yang kadang mendadak tanpa ada pemberitahuan jauh jauh hari,karena kami bekerja menggunakan mesin,yang mana di setiap modelnya harus memogram/menyeting sycletime untuk menyesuaikan agar semua berjalan dengan kondisi yang setara dengan waktu yang sangat singkat.
