The good thingsVery friendly work environment. The team is great and everyone is doing their best based on their expertise. I working hour also flexible depending on many factors.

The challengesThe pace is too slow and I was not challenged enough. Also, the management could have been better. Just because it's comfortable, it doesn't mean that the management can be taking care of managerial things "too comfortably".
