    Good for starter, not recommended for long term.
    The good thingsFlexible attendance, i can come at 10 pm everyday without being suspended or salary cut. Several benefits are good, you may reimburse glasses, teeth cleaning, hospital charges.
    The challengesTerrible management, doesn't care about employee development, salary, benefits. Even my health insurance haven't beed paid (?). salary increase are 100k per year (?). bonus is half the salary (?). No training, just work. Forced to lend your motorcycle to the office, may only reimburse gas and monthly service, no rent payment for the motorcycle owner (?). Unknown employee contract status (?).

    The good thingsThis company is a good place for learning something. It's good for you of you're a fresh graduate. I learn a many things about n this company. From zero to something. A friendly work partners make me comfort in this company.
    The challengesThis company is a startup company. So if we talk about salary, it will stop on an average salary. If you wanna work on the high salary, this not a good company for you.

    Bagus untuk mencari pengalaman bidang sales dan marketing.
    The good thingsAda tunjangan kesehatan (sistem reimbursh). Cuti berkaitan keagamaan bisa diapprove. Gaji diterima on time. Suasana kerja cukup menunjang untuk tim sales retail. Untuk retail, ada prospek yang cukup baik ke depannya.
    The challengesTransparansi atau slip gaji tidak otomatis diberikan ke karyawan. Susah untuk melakukan perhitungan gaji, bonus, tunjangan, dll Jenjang karir masih terbatas dikarenakan perkembangan perusahaan belum pesat. Untuk tim sales retail, weekend adalah hari kerja.
