    Bad Brand Principle to work
The good thingsgood vibes with colleague. Great Work life Balance in here.
The challengesBad leadership from Korean representative in office. very minor in leadership, vision etc. breath-talking when explaining everything related job because the HQ representative lack of experience in working(VERY VERY VERY VERY NEW!!!). Just clock in-and out for the rest of your time in office, packing online delivery.

    Somehow Great
The good thingsThe working environment, a very kind of colleagues here and good at working for each other or every departments. I also learned a lot from day one till now I'm typing this, from profesionally and personally such as increasing my ability to work with Excel, Presentation, Communications, Handling Customer, Facing & Solving Problems with either Sales Person or Customer. Working here are very friendly and bonding almost like a family. Got other benefits, such as extra bonus and incentives.
The challengesThe challenges I have to learn how to handle Sales/new person that older than me, I have to strict but keep respect to them for pushing the company's Sales. Another challenge is we should be as creative to create Roadshow and something else that attached to Sales while keeping the budget.
