    Perusahaan dan rekan kerja baik tetapi beberapa tim dipimpin oleh orang yang buruk.
    The good thingsRekan kerja yang saling mendukung dan membantu jika ada kesulitan. Benefit yang baik seperti asuransi kesehatan wajib dan swasta. Safety cukup ketat disini sehingga karyawan sangat memperhatikan hal ini.
    The challengesBeberapa pemimpin tim disini lebih sering menyalahkan karyawan jika ada kesalahan, jarang ada solusi yang nyata untuk menyelesaikan masalah di lapangan. Perusahaan ini bagus secara global dengan rekan tim yang baik dan ahli dibidangnya, sayangnya beberapa tim dipimpin oleh orang yang sangat buruk.
