Low Salary, no appreciation to the employees & toxic environmentThe good thingsThe company is a good place to start if you're a fresh grad. You can practice and learn from experience.
The challengesThe management is the problem. I asked for a raise, but they'll just say they can't afford to give you raise even if you work really hard or stay for years. They'll just tell you that you can leave if you want a higher salary. The environment is toxic; if you don't have any position, you can't break any rules, but if you have a position, you can do whatever you want. The superiors are power-tripping the employees. They would talk behind your back and do things that would complicate your work in the office. The distribution of work is not fair; you'll have a lot of major and minor projects, and some of your coworkers are just idling.
