    The good thingsAdanya kepedulian dari perusahaan untuk kegiatan karyawan di luar jam kantor (ex. movie club, badminton club, etc). Perusahaan juga memberikan fasilitas penunjang kesehatan seperti asuransi untuk karyawannya.
    The challengesKarena perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan asing (dari China), masi terdapat kendala bahasa untuk saling berkomunikasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena hampir semua kepala bagian yang bekerja disini tidak bisa bahasa inggris.
