    The challengeskoordinasi antar anggota divisi logistik masih kurang karena kurang jelasnya garis lini jabatan dan kurang jelasnya SOP dan budaya shuffle pekerjaan yang dapat menjadi hambatan.

    The good thingsI do enjoy sales shipping company because I love interaction to other person, enlarge network, make build relationship with customer, maintain good communication with customer. The challenge is should achieve target which company give. We're not working personally but team.
    The challengesWe maintain lifting as it is to fulfill target but difficulties arise beyond our capabilities such shortage container, delay feeder, unready good from factory which effect to drop our lifting and we shall double effort to fulfill on next week.
