    The good thingsReally great working environment to learn as a first time working on full time employer in petroleum industries. Having a great experience on teamwork between senior engineers to the new entry level engineers as well as the vice president that had a strong respect to all of the sub-ordinates including the new entry level engineers. This is really a great place to work and I fully appreciate about the ConocoPhillips SPIRIT Values.
    The challengesBeside on routine working activities, I also obtained some lessons learned from the other engineers and my direct supervisor, manager, and chief of reservoir engineering. These came from the challenge on findings the solutions of the problems which can affect the total productions of oil and gas, especially to assure the correct sales gas rate to the Buyers from the contracts. Therefore, I found that my job in this company was really interesting.
