    The good thingsGreat atmosphere while executive positioning them self as a leader and partner not as superior. Balance life between career and personal life and very good reward for employee who committed deliver the best service.
    The challengesThe company keep groeing to be the best and thebfirst choice of local IT company in ID, you have to be ready for the speedy changes but if you dont like such as a boring career life journey you may try your luck to join this company.

    The good thingsWorking as a Talent Acquisition intern at CTI Group made me know about the recruitment process. How to search people who suits the job vacancy's qualifications, did a Psychological testing (administration and scoring), how to do a good interview and create a good vibes during an interview. I had an experience to be a good recruiter who can did an assesment, interview, coursing data, did an offering and hired employees.
    The challengesI really enjoyed working in here, and there was nothing that's holding me back. In fact, the people and the atmosphere in here was really supported me to achieve the goal of hiring employees.
