    The good thingsOrientasi & factory induction yang baik. Namun tidak membuat saya fokus karena operator senior yang terlalu sering menyuruh-nyuruh dibanding fokus belajar yang membuat tidak seimbang dengan tujuan utama magang.
    The challengesSulit fokus belajar untuk tujuan utama magang akibat terlalu banyak disuruh-suruh yang berujung kalang kabut saat dapat kesempatan mengoperasikan mesin, pekerjaan yang terlalu mengorbankan kewajiban ibadah & istirahat terutama jika ternyata tiba-tiba urgent
