    The good things- mampu memahami care21 dan komputer baik excel, power point dan word. - mampu membuat memo dan tugas-tugas llainnya duluar tanggung jawab nursing administration - menjadi anggota pokja PMKP saat akteditasi RS
    The challenges- bekerja melebihi batas waktu standart columbia ( management waktu tidak sesuai )

    Great experience at first!
    The good thingsSome people are great to work with, but some are not. People will work together with you but in the end, the culture didn't cut out. People just start to not work together due to the burden of the works.
    The challengesManagement keep changing the policy, and lack of achievements recognition. The company really should change how they handle people and increasing their recruitment process so to get good people that can work together and increase company's value.
