    The good thingsYou can travel around the world and meet people from different countries giving you an incredible opportunity to learn from a bjg variety of cultures. Also your co-workers comw feom differwnt countries which expose you to learn feom different management styles and practice your language skills. You live onsite and have all the meals, drinks, WiFi, housekeeping and laundry service.your flight ticket to go home is pay by the company every year.
    The challengesYou are available almost 24hrs and help in different areas when required, as well the meals need to be done with guest and you should stay around the main areas participating in the events until midnight everyday and with only 1 day off per week.

    The good thingsClub Med is the good place for you who wants to get the experience. Because you'll meet people from around the world. you can learn different culture, different behavior. And also you can have a friend from around the world. you'll know how to handle situation, how to face complain from the guest. The point is you can learn a lot of things in here.
    The challengesthe difficult thins is maybe about language because not all the guest know how to speak english but we still have to try understand with them. But the rest is good in here.
