    Kesejahteraan Karyawan
    The good thingsPT Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk sangat baik dalam hal memenuhi kesejahteraan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan. Terbukti dengan memberikan asuransi kesehatan diluar yang diberikan pemerintah. Dengan adanya pandemi covid 19, perusahaan tetap memperhatikan keselamatan kerja karyawannya.
    The challengesKarena di Cab Kudus termasuk perusahaan pembiayaan yang masih baru, sehingga setiap karyawan merangkap beberapa posisi pekerjaan. Sehingga terkadang membuat kinerja karyawan kurang maksimal.
