    Clueless managers and unrealistic tasks without clear requirements
    The good thingsTeam is solid and the salary is on time.
    The challengesThe management's lack of understanding regarding our project direction, leads to the development of random and ultimately useless features. Their communication is consistently poor, leading to frequent miscommunication between employees. And always underestimate the effort required for tasks.

    Worst company so far and I need to help them from scratch
    The good thingsNothing good at all. Still need to improve a lot, as it is startup but so much bureaucracy in it
    The challengesToo much bureaucracy inside the company, too much politics than working. Management are not doing good at all.
