    The good thingsUntuk gaji disini sangat tinggi untuk ukuran guru bimbel. Namun memang gaji yang tinggi tentu sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diemban.
    The challengesDisini 1 guru harus mengajar kurang lebih 4 bidang untuk satu kelas, jadi mirip seperti guru SD. Kadang harus mengajar murid dari sekolah internasional, bagi yang tidak biasa berbicara bahasa Inggris akan sangat kesulitan.

    The good thingsGood teamwork and management, great curriculum, the office provides endless supplies for teaching.
    The challengesManagement should recruit more staff to handle elementary students so they could be more in order and would not disturb other classes.
