    The good things- Raise in basic salary every year based on your KPI evaluation. - Company dinner at least twice a year in fancy restaurant. - Outing once a year. - Bonus two times. End of year and your performance bonus - salary above UMK
    The challenges- For those who pursue a career, this is not a place for you. - Kind of childish leader. - No improvement or whatsoever for your development. - stagnan and constant job. - seems like they have corrupted management.

    The challengesada beberapa orang korea yang belum bisa bahasa indonesia dengan baik, dan juga sedikit yang bisa berbahasa inggris. kadang kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi. perbedaan adat antara korea dan indonesia, mungkin ada beberapa yang negatif tapi semuanya berjalan dengan baik, hanya adaptasi di awal saja.
